Project purpose
The validation of the HKG-MIA Pharma Corridor is a collaborative initiative of Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) and Miami International Airport (MIA)—both strategic members of Pharma.Aero—aiming to establish reliable, high-quality airport-to-airport pharmaceutical corridors. This spin-off initiative builds on the achievements of Pharma.Aero projects Corridor 1.0 and Corridor 2.0, and leverages the proven Template Protocol for the safe, temperature-controlled transportation of pharmaceutical products.
Project objective(s)
- Validate the route for the transport time, and
- Validate the route for effectively transporting temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products within defined transport temperature ranges
Project status and key-takeaways
