The airline has consolidated and refreshed its comprehensive pharmaceutical logistics solution under a new name: Cathay Pharma, providing simplified and streamlined solutions catering both Active and Passive shipments, as well as introducing a new Pharma Handling Centre at its Hong Kong hub. The solution incorporates the add-on of next-generation track-and-trace service Ultra Track, with the benefits of 24/7 shipment monitoring, proactive en-route intervention via the Operations Control Centre, and live chat for instant support on enquiries. This gives shippers and forwarders near real time visibility, and a peace of mind ensuring pharmaceutical shipments will remain within their transportation temperature ranges.
