The 2026 edition of the Pharma Logistics Masterclass is organized by Pharma.Aero and the University of Antwerp, in collaboration with Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.

14, 15 September – Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences

The Masterclass kicks off on Monday, 14 Sep 2026, with the first two days taking place at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. On Tuesday evening, participants will fly to Belgium for two more immersive days in Antwerp, diving deeper into the future of pharma logistics.

The 2026 Pharma Logistics Masterclass will be held in Frankfurt, Germany & Antwerp, Belgium. The first two days will be taking place at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. On Tuesday evening, participants will fly to Belgium for two more immersive days in Antwerp, diving deeper into the future of pharma logistics.

Registration Information

  • Pharma.Aero members: please log in with your credentials to get the discount on regular prices. For additional info or help, please send a mail to aleksandra.jovic@pharma.aero
  • Students: send a signed letter of acceptance, study certificate or proof of enrollment in a Master, Advanced Master or PhD program whose major is linked to the scope of the Pharma Logistics Masterclass to stijn.michielsen@uantwerpen.be. After approval, you receive a discount code. Please insert this code during checkout to apply the 50% discount.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to aleksandra.jovic@pharma.aero, postmarked by 15 August 2026 at noon CET, and will be fully refunded. No refunds after this date will be accepted. Verbal cancellations cannot be accepted.

If you are personally unable to attend after the cancellation deadline but would like to transfer your registration to someone else, you may do so. To arrange a transfer, please email us with all necessary details of the new registrant. Changes are only possible until 15 August 2026.
